INJECTION MOULDING

All important plastic parts like Front Fascia, Louver Grill, Base, Frame and the Maintenance Plate of every Lloyd Air Conditioner is made with fully automated, Japanese, Injection Moulding Machines. Also, in order to o er complete precision and mesmerizing aesthetics we design our moulds in-house besides importing other moulds from Japan.

COPPER TUBING

The most critical process of Copper Tubing is done in a single step through a fully automatic machine process (without any human intervention). This process includes CNC Tube Cutting, U Bend, Suction Pipe, Discharge Pipe, Capillary and the Installation Kit with Flared Joints.

PERFORMANCE TEST LOOP

Each and every ODU has to pass a 15 minutes procedure where it has to go through 44 fully automated tests parameters. The entire procedure is managed by a Smart Supervisory Control System which functions without any human intervention. Some of these tests are; Electrical Test, Cooling Functionality Test, Noise Test, PCB Controller Test (for Inverter ACs). These tests are carried out in order to ensure high quality, e cient and durable products with zero defect rate.

PAINT SHOP

With a high-speed integrated Paint Shop Line imported from Italy, Lloyd possesses the capability to paint / powder coat 3000 sets per day. This 100% Eco-friendly unit not only cares for the ‘environment’ but also provides uniform paint & an elegant nish to the product. It also goes a long way in enhancing product durability.

HEAT EXCHANGER LINE

The heart of the AC manufacturing process is where the Copper Heat Exchangers (Evaporator & Condensers) are made on fully automated machines imported from Japan & Korea. All the important & major processes like Hair Pin Bending, Fin Press, Expanding, Dehydration, Brazing, Vacuuming, Slitting and Stacking are also done in-house on fully automatic CNC machines.

ASSEMBLY LINE

The fully automatic ODU Units Assembly Line includes multi-step processes like; Assembly, Brazing, Vacuuming, Gas Charging, Leak Safety and Performance Check before the nal unit is moved to the next stage. Most operations are done through robots and a digital manufacturing system.
